Michael Simpson is long standing healthcare industry veteran, Mr. Simpson has more than 30 years of domestic and international experience across various market segments, including healthcare IT, telecommunications, media and emerging technologies.

Mr. Simpson current serves on several healthcare boards, and served as an executive at Amazon Web Services focused on the healthcare segment. Prior Michael was the CEO of Caradigm, a wholly owned affiliate of GE Healthcare. In 2011, Mr. Simpson developed the strategy for GE Healthcare and Microsoft to create a software company focused on exclusively on addressing population health. Under Mr. Simpson’s tenure, Caradigm was recognized as one of the breakout leaders of the population health market, which was validated by both Chilmark Research and IDC.

Prior to joining Caradigm, Simpson served as general manager for GE Healthcare IT, where he led product management, marketing, engineering and service strategies for Qualibria, a groundbreaking clinical knowledge platform. Before GE, Mr. Simpson was senior vice president of product strategy and development at QuadraMed Corporation. Mr. Simpson has also held several executive roles at McKesson Corporation, including senior vice president and chief technology officer at McKesson Provider Technologies and McKesson Technology Solutions International, as well as senior vice president and general manager, Horizon Clinicals.
With a strong vision and deep expertise in population health, Mr. Simpson has authored articles and been quoted extensively in publications such as, HealthLeaders, The Healthcare Insider, HIStalk, and Electronic Health Reporter and has spoken at national conferences, including Becker’s Healthcare, IHT² Health IT Summits and the Moss Adams Health Care Conference.

David Petiford is the President of Chronic Watch, Inc. Prior to joining Chronic Watch, David held several senior leadership positions at Caradigm, Microsoft and IBM. At Caradigm, a Population Health Software company formed as a joint venture by Microsoft and GE, David served as General Manager and Senior Director. He was responsible for Client Management and implementation oversight on Caradigm's most complex and important client deployments. At Microsoft, David served in several management roles including General Manager of Retail & Healthcare industries Services. David responsibilities included leading the unit responsible to sell and deliver technical services to help Microsoft customers deploy and use Microsoft software products. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2004, David had a 22 year career at IBM. David's first senior role at IBM was Director, Wal-Mart Stores account in Bentonville, AR. Following the Wal-Mart assignment, David moved to Paris, France for a 2-year job in the role of Director, Retail Industry, for the Europe/Middle East/Africa region. David returned from Europe to IBM headquarters in Armonk, NY, and assumed the role of Vice President of Outsourcing Services for Retail Industry and then later a in a 3-year stint as Vice President, Global Retail Industry.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Drury University in Springfield, MO. David currently resides outside of New York City in Danbury, CT.

With over 14 years of experience creating complex healthcare software systems and consulting for top-notch healthcare IT companies as well as expertise spanning such complex technologies like HL7, HIPAA, 835 EDI, 837 EDI and payment processing, Goutam decided to become an entrepreneur and start a technology enabled medical transcription company in 2006 before moving on to creating a world-class Electronic Medical Record system.

Chris was a Principal at Harris, Rothenberg International which was acquired by Humana Inc in 2012. Chris also served in an Executive level role at ValueOptions (Beacon Health Options) and served as the Chief of Operations at Humana for their Wellness division which included Personal Health Coaching, Employee Assistance and Work-Life programs.
